SPOILER ALERT: The tuna sandwich is made out of cat food.
Okay, so, you may have noticed the style in this comic is a bit different. I wanted to try something new. I call it the "I was too lazy for my usual style" style.
Anyways, it's a reference to this reality TV show called "Extreme Cheapskates". They'll seriously make a reality TV show out of anything these days. I remember I once saw one about British nannies. That one was called "Nanny 911", and dear lawd, it was hilarious. They had a "head nanny" and everything. I must admit though, their uniform was pretty cool.
Anyways, in the cheapskate show, there was this woman who used cat food instead of tuna because it was about...30 cents less...? She made this old man (I think he was her father) a tuna sandwich, then turned to the camera and whispered, "I just saved 30 cents."
That inspired me.
Dib: [gasping] "Sorry I'm late... horrible... nightmare visions!"|
Ms. Bitters: "It's called life, Dib. Now sit down."
I guess I should put something about me on here....
...I'll do it later.
